Bradley T. Ludes, President,

has been in the real estate and
consumer finance industry since
1988. Previous to establishing
W.J. Capital Corporation Mr. Ludes
was the senior vice president
and principal of a national mortgage
lender based in Southern California.
Mr. Ludes began his career in
consumer finance and made the
move to mortgage banking from
the position of district manager.
Matthew E. Peterson,
Vice President
of W.J. Capital Corporation has
been in the mortgage lending industry
since 1986. Previous to joining
W.J. Capital Corporation, Mr.
Peterson was the retail sales
manager for a national mortgage
lender. Earlier in his career
Mr. Peterson was a principal of
a smaller mortgage company in
Southern California specializing
in sub-prime second mortgages
and real estate development
Thomas J. Kish,
Vice President of Wholesale
operations for WJ Capital Corporation
has been in the mortgage lending
industry for over fifteen years.
Mr. Kish's responsibilities
include wholesale operations,
broker relations and program
rates and guidelines. Prior
to joining WJ Capital, Mr. Kish
was a principal in an Orange
County based mortgage brokerage
firm which specialized in purchase
money transactions and Realtor
based relationships.

David Phillips,
Branch Manager, Las Vegas, Nevada
offices of W.J. Capital Corporation.
Mr. Phillips has been in the
mortgage and consumer finance
industry for over 20 years.
Mr. Phillips experience is extensive
in the management and sales
sector of the mortgage industry.
Mr. Phillips oversees the companies
mortgage operations in the state
